  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder I used Madras Curry Powder, optional
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

  • 2 spring onions chopped
  • coriander to garnish
