• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 6 cups chicken broth
• 20 pounds turkey
• 1 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme
• 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 pounds onions chopped
• 4 cups chopped celery about 7 large ribs
• 12 cups stuffing herb-seasoned cubed bread, about 1 1/2 10-ounce packages
• 1 cup fresh parsley chopped
• 2 tablespoons dried tarragon
