  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • sauce Okonomiyaki, available in Japanese food stores
  • Japanese Mayonnaise kewpie brand is great
  • 1 handful bonito flakes I had awesome smoked bonito flakes from Osaka that was awesome on this okonomiyaki
