  • 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts crushed
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind juice
  • 4 teaspoons tamarind paste or 4 tsp tamarind paste + 1 tsp vinegar]
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce optional
