  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup pepitas hulled pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch chipotle powder use a pinch of habanero for even spicier
