  • pickled radishes *, to taste
  • 10 radishes large, trimmed and quartered
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
