- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 bay leaves
- 6 bacon strips
- hot sauce optional
- chopped parsley Garnish:, or cilantro, optional
