- 1 1/2 tablespoons Frangelico
- 1 pinch table salt
- 30 ounces milk chocolate chopped or milk chocolate chips
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 10 ounces unsalted butter cut into 10 pieces
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Frangelico
- 1 pinch table salt
