  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Frangelico Liqueur
  • 24 ounces milk chocolate chopped or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter cut into 8 pieces
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Frangelico
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 30 ounces milk chocolate chopped or milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 10 ounces unsalted butter cut into 10 pieces
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Frangelico
  • 1 pinch table salt
