- 13/16 inch ginger grated
- 2 garlic big cloves, grated
- 1 bunch fresh coriander optional, you just need the stems
- 1 small tomato diced
- 2 teaspoons tomato puree
- 2 chillies as per your taste, finely diced
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
