  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic clove or 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 scallion white and green parts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
