  • 2 1/2 cups wheat flour all purpose, cake flour
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons milk powder
  • 4 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage finely
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots finely
  • cucumber ribbons
  • fresh coriander / cilantro
