• 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
• 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme
• 3 cups confectioners sugar
• 4 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 12 ounces milk chocolate chips
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
