• 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
• 100 grams butter unsalted soft
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 pinch salt
• 2 1/2 cups flour may need more or less, just enough to make a soft non too sticky dough
• 1 egg white
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon canela
• 2/3 cup walnuts toasted, crushed
