Ingredients

• double cream 2 cups heavy
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 grapefruit juice a grapefruit
• 1 drop red food coloring if desired, optional
• 1/2 Ritz Crackers sleeve, slightly crushed, but not into fine crumbs
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 pinch salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon milk powder
• salted pistachios chopped
• thyme leaves
• whipped cream softly
