  • 1 head cabbage cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley finely chopped
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 3 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion grated
  • 1 bunch cilantro minced
  • 1 egg
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into 1″ x 2″ pieces
  • 8 lamb chops baby
  • 8 merguez sausages
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
