- 7/8 pound carnation condensed milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5/8 cup milk
- baileys optional - I used approx 60ml but that is up to your discretion!
- sugar or Lakeland thermospatula, thermomenter
- 2/3 foot cake loose-bottomed square, tin, link is to the one I bought one from Lakeland especially for this purpose
