Instructions

Step 1: Marinate the beef

To make the beef more flavorful, we will marinate it for at least 30 minutes. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, fish sauce, and vegetable oil. Add the sliced beef and make sure it is well coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
