  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions:

To make the rice rolls, start by combining the rice flour, tapioca flour, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add in the water and mix until a smooth batter forms. Then, let the batter rest for 30 minutes to allow it to thicken. Meanwhile, prepare the filling by soaking the dried wood ear mushrooms in hot water for 30 minutes.
