  • 3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of sriracha
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of water (optional, for desired consistency)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil and cook the marinated beef for 5-7 minutes, until fully cooked. Set aside to cool.
  3. Prepare a large bowl of warm water. Dip the rice paper wrapper in the water for a few seconds until it softens.
