Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, coconut milk, water, turmeric powder, salt, and spring onion. Mix well until you get a smooth batter.

  7. Once the edges start to crisp up, add a handful of the filling on one half of the pancake. Top with green onions and cilantro.
  8. Using a spatula, fold the other half of the pancake over the filling and gently press down to seal the edges.
  9. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until both sides are crispy and golden brown.
  10. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter and filling.
  11. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the dipping sauce. Adjust the seasoning to your liking.
