8. Pour in 4 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a lid.
9. Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes until the rice is fully cooked and all the water has been absorbed.
10. Turn off the heat and let the rice sit covered for 10 minutes.
11. Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves.
