Instructions

1. Make the turkey hash:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add in onion, red bell pepper, and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add in shredded turkey and spices (thyme, rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper) and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Make the sweet potato hash:

In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add in sweet potatoes, red onion, and garlic and sauté until sweet potatoes are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
