6 lbs Maris Otter Malt
1 lb Crystal Malt
1 lb Munich Malt
1 lb Wheat Malt
1 lb Flaked Barley
1 oz East Kent Golding Hops

1 tsp Irish Moss
1 pkg Irish Ale Yeast
Instructions:
In a large pot, heat 3 gallons of water to 150°F.
Add in the Maris Otter Malt, Crystal Malt, Munich Malt, Wheat Malt, and Flaked Barley. Stir continuously for 60 minutes.
After 60 minutes, remove the pot from heat and let it cool to 170°F.
Add in the East Kent Golding and Fuggle hops and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Using a strainer, remove the hops and return the pot to heat. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Add in the Irish Moss and let it boil for another 15 minutes.
Remove the pot from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Transfer the mixture to a fermenter and add in the Irish Ale Yeast.
Let it ferment for 2-3 weeks, then transfer it to a keg or bottles for carbonation.
