Ingredients You'll Need:

• ¼ cup sloe gin
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• ¼ cup water

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sloe gin.
