1/4 cup of fish sauce
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of water
1 clove of minced garlic
1 finely chopped Thai chili

Step 1: Prepare the Noodles
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions.
Once cooked, drain and rinse the noodles with cold water to prevent them from sticking together.
