11. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of tortillas on top.

12. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top of the tortillas and sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheese.

13. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

14. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

15. Let the lasagna cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
