Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the sausage mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, fennel seeds, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, red wine vinegar, and cold water. Mix everything together until well combined.
