1. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until the onions are translucent. 2. Add the ground beef or lamb to the pan and cook until it is browned and fully cooked. 3. Add the chopped tomato, diced potato, and frozen peas to the pan. Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes. 4. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well and let it cook for another 5 minutes. 5. In a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium heat.
