For the marinade:
1 pound of large prawns, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of rice wine
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
1 teaspoon of sugar
For cooking:
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger for the marinade. Add in the prawns, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
