Instructions
Making the Masala Paste:
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and add in 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 tsp coriander seeds. Let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Next, add in the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
Now, add in the chopped ginger, garlic, and green chili. Sauté for a few minutes.
