  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coriander seeds whole, roughly crushed using a mortar and pestle
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 1 1/8 teaspoons salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
