Ingredients

For the Dumpling Dough:

  • All-purpose flour
  • Water
  • Salt

For the Filling:

  • Ground pork
  • Cabbage
  • Green onions
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper

To make the dumpling dough, combine the flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Slowly add in the water and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

While the dough is resting, prepare the filling. Once the water has evaporated, remove the lid and let the dumplings cook until the bottoms are crispy again.
