How to Make Keema Samosa

  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 pack of samosa wrappers
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat some oil and add the chopped onions. Cook until they turn translucent.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Next, add the minced meat and cook until it turns brown.
