- 1 pound of edamame, in the pod
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of mirin
- 1 teaspoon of sake
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions
Instructions
Start by boiling a pot of water and adding a pinch of salt. Once the water is boiling, add the edamame and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
