2 tbspvegetable oil
For Serving:
1 cuprice
1/4 cupchopped cilantro
1/4 cupsliced green onions
Instructions
In a large pan, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides. Transfer the beef to the slow cooker.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add in 1 tbsp sugar and season with salt and pepper to taste.
