  • 100 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg

For the lasagne:

  • 500 grams of lasagne sheets
  • 250 grams of mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 100 grams of parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions:

To make the meat sauce, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced beef and cook until browned. Then, add in the onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes until soft.

Next, pour in the chopped tomatoes and tomato puree, and stir until well combined. Add in the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, to make the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, gradually add in the flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.   • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese shredded
