To begin, heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then, add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent. Next, add grated ginger and minced garlic and cook until the raw smell disappears.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft. Then, add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and paneer to the pan. Stir well and let the paneer cook for a few minutes.

In the meantime, add chopped spinach, green chili, and 1/4 cup of water to a blender and blend until you get a smooth puree. Add the spinach puree to the pan with the paneer and mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes until the flavors blend together.

Spinach is a great source of iron and other essential nutrients, making this dish not only delicious but also nutritious. Add salt to taste and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
