- 1/4 cup rum
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add in the eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each addition.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in three batches, alternating with the milk and rum, and mix until just combined.
