For Assembling the Biryani:
1 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 cup chopped fresh mint leaves

1 cup boiled water
1 cup crispy fried onions
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for marinating the chicken. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
In the meantime, wash and soak the basmati rice in water for 30 minutes.
