In a large pot, layer half of the cooked rice, followed by the vegetable mixture, and then the remaining rice. Top with raisins and cashews. Cover and let it cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.

1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp honey
