Haunted Oreo Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients:

• 1 package of Oreo cookies
• 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup of heavy cream
• 1/4 cup of orange food coloring
• 1/4 cup of green food coloring
• 1/4 cup of purple food coloring
• 1/4 cup of black food coloring
• Candy eyes and gummy worms for decoration

Instructions:

1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until they are finely ground. Alternatively, you can put them in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
4. Gradually fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and add the orange, green, purple, and black food coloring to each one, creating four different colored mixtures.
6. Line a mini muffin tin with cupcake liners and place a whole Oreo cookie at the bottom of each one.
7. Layer each colored mixture on top of the Oreo, starting with orange, then green, then purple, and finally black.
8. Refrigerate the cheesecake bites for at least 2 hours.
9. Before serving, decorate with candy eyes and gummy worms to make them look like spooky creatures.
