Fish fillets - 4 pieces
Yogurt - 1 cup

Tandoori masala - 2 tsp

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for grilling
Make a marinade by mixing yogurt, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt together. Ingredients:
Fish fillets - 4 pieces
Basmati rice - 2 cups
Onion - 1 large, sliced
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato - 1 large, chopped
Green chilies - 2, chopped
Cilantro - ¼ cup, chopped
Mint leaves - ¼ cup, chopped
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes. In a pot, boil water and cook the rice until ¾ done. Drain and set aside. In a separate pan, heat oil and ghee and sauté onions until golden brown. Add in ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, and green chilies. Cook until tomatoes are soft. Add in the fish fillets, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. In a separate pot, layer the fish and rice, starting with rice at the bottom and fish on top. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and mint leaves in between the layers. Cover the pot and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve hot with raita or pickle.
