Next, add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
Now, add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala to the pan. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Add the washed and dried okra to the pan. Stir well to coat the okra with the spices.
Cover the pan and let it cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. The okra should be tender and cooked through.
Once the okra is cooked, add the amchur powder and salt, to taste. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
