  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup yogurt beaten
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 large carrots cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 2 large potatoes cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 10 green beans cut into 1 cm long strips
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves freshly chooped, loosely packed
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves freshly chooped, loosely packed
