How to Make Easter Cheese Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

To make the crust, combine the flour and butter in a food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Slowly add in the cold water and pulse until the dough comes together.
