Ingredients:

For the skewers:

• 1 pack of wooden skewers
• 1 block of cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
• 1 pack of grape or cherry tomatoes
• 1 pack of cocktail sausages
• 1 pack of olives
• 1 pack of mini bell peppers, cut into small pieces

For the marinade:

• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the marinade.
2. Thread the cheese, tomatoes, sausages, olives, and bell peppers onto the skewers, alternating between the ingredients to create a colorful pattern.
3. Place the skewers in a large shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure to coat them evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
