Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
2. Sugar cookie crust: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
