100g digestive biscuits, roughly crushed

100g glacé cherries, halved
100g chopped nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, or almonds)
For the Topping
100g white chocolate, broken into pieces
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Sprinkles of your choice
Instructions
In a large saucepan, melt the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, butter, and golden syrup over low heat, stirring constantly. Once melted and smooth, remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
Add the digestive and ginger biscuits, marshmallows, glacé cherries, and chopped nuts to the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a lined square baking tin and spread it evenly. Use a spatula to press it down firmly.
