Boil for 60 minutes, then add 1/2 oz. of Tettnang hops and 1 oz. of Hallertau hops.
Boil for another 15 minutes, then add 1 tsp. of Irish moss.
Remove from heat and cool the wort to 65°F.
Transfer the wort to a fermenter and pitch the lager yeast.
Ferment for 2-3 weeks at 50-55°F.
Bottle the beer with 1 cup of corn sugar for priming.
Store the bottles at room temperature for 2-3 weeks.
Chill the bottles and enjoy your homemade Christmas bock!
