Method

Once the sponge is done, remove it from the oven and turn it out onto a sheet of baking paper. While it is still hot, carefully roll the sponge up with the paper inside, starting from the shorter side. This will help the sponge keep its shape when it cools.

Unroll the sponge once it has cooled completely. Spread the whipped cream mixture over the sponge, leaving a small border around the edges. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cream and carefully roll up the sponge again, this time without the paper.

Place the rolled up Swiss roll onto a serving plate and dust with some extra cocoa powder. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
